The Industrial Welfare Commission Order No. 5-2001 regulates wages, hours, and working conditions in the Public House Keeping Industry. This industry labor law poster includes all IWC #5 laws required to be poster in the workplace. “Public House Keeping Industry” refers to any industry, business, or establishment which provides meals, housing, or maintenance services whether operated as a primary business or when incidental to other operations in an establishment not covered by an industry order of the Commission.
