New York Hospitality Industry Minimum Wage Order

The New York State Hospitality Industry Minimum Wage Order poster provides important information for employees if their establishments: (1) where the service of food or beverage or the provision of lodging is not available to the public or to members or guests of members, but is incidental to instruction, medical care, religious observance, or the care of persons with disabilities or those who are impoverished or other public charges; and
(2) where the service of food or beverage or the provision of lodging is offered by any corporation, unincorporated association, community chest, fund or foundation organized exclusively for religious, charitable or educational purposes, no part of the net earnings of which inures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual.
