This policy ensures your contentment with our products for 60 days from the date you receive your order. Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with one of our products, you are able to return the product within 60-days of the date the order was received. Please follow the instructions below if you choose to return your product(s):

  • Indicate on your packing slip what product(s) you are returning
  • Specify your reason for returning the product(s)
  • Package the product(s) to be returned and include a copy of your packing slip
  • Ship the product(s) to the address displayed at the bottom of your packing slip
  • As soon as we receive the returned product(s), we will then refund your money minus shipping cost

Exchanges

If you discover that you have ordered the wrong product(s) or would simply like a different product(s), you are eligible to exchange the product within 60-days of the date that you received your order. If you are exchanging your product(s), we will either refund or charge you the difference of the exchange. Please follow the steps below to exchange your product(s):

  • Indicate on your packing slip what product(s) you wish to exchange and the new product(s) you are requesting
  • Specify your reason for exchanging the product(s)
  • Package your product(s) to be exchanged and include a copy of your packing slip
  • Ship the product(s) to the address displayed at the bottom of your packing slip
  • As soon as we receive the product(s) to be exchanged, we will ship out the new product(s) you requested**
