  • I would say that because of your industry, it would definitely be advisable to not discriminate at all. for any reasons. That being said, it would depend on how many people work for you. If you have over 15 employees, you can't discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation or gender identity.
