Want to take maternity leave, but was only working on and off

I work at a nursing home that has a few location in this city. I've been working there for about a two years, but not consecutively. Can I claim maternity leave from my employer?

  • According to the Family Medical Leave Act, If you worked 1,250 hours over the past twelve months, you would qualify to receive maternity leave. This only applies to companies that have at least 50 employees within a 75 mile radius.
