The program, which offers some subtractions from the federal income tax,  is now only available to those making a maximum of $45,000, up from $43,000, with the exception of the four categories of employees specified in the poster.

  1. The maximum income for employees with three or more eligible children is now $45,060, and the limit for married couples filing a joint return with three or more children  is $50,270.
  2. The maximum income for employees with two or more eligible children is now $41,952, and the limit for married couples filing a joint return with two or more children  is $47,162.
  3. The maximum income for employees with a single eligible child is now $36,920, and the limit for married couples filing a joint return with a single child is $42,130.
  4. The maximum income for employees with no eligible children is now $13,980, and the limit for married couples who file a joint return with no children is now $19,190.

The poster also now includes information about the IRS and a toll-free IRS telephone number.
